Role / Responsibilities :

 

  • Complete management of the IT Business Analyst Department (~15 FTE)
  • Oversees long-term vision of our solutions as key differentiators in a competitive and technological environment
  • Guarantee a respect of quality for all deliverables of the department by implementing a standard methodology in the department (analysis, specifications, testing, documentation, etc.) and being a referent for all business analysts in designing / modeling the best solution according to the needs expressed
  • Monitoring of all projects, deadlines and resources allocation with our Project Management department
  • Ensure a high-quality support for all applications and users

 

Requirements :

 

  • Graduated with a master degree (Engineer school, Business school, or University)
  • French and English written and spoken proficiency
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a manager
  • At least one experience in the fund industry (Custodian Bank, Transfer Agent, etc.) with a strong operational background on RTO, Fund Execution, Oversight (DDDQ, KYC/AML) and Fund data
  • Knowledge of product-based development and Agile project management methods.
  • Able to work with monitoring tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Able to communicate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
