The key objective of the Business Development as a team is the achievement of the commercial and project targets through the development, implementation, execution, and monitoring of the commercial action plan, including new revenue generation, external and internal KPIs, and client satisfaction.

 

 

Your missions :

 

Management of the business aspects of Fund Channel SA and Fund Channel (Suisse) SA:

 

- In charge of an asset manager portfolio for which the Senior Legal Advisor is responsible for managing contractual changes (amendments, notifications, renegotiation of the agreement)

-  Support of Para Legal team members in drafting and negotiating contractual documents relating to Asset Managers

-  Drafting and negotiation of new agreements with Asset Managers

-  Drafting and negotiation of agreements with customers (agreements, amendments, notifications, etc.)

-  Participation in the qualitative evolution of the models of agreements put in place for the two entities

 

 

Responsible for regulatory monitoring and adaptation of the legal framework:

 

-  Ongoing review and analysis of legislation, regulations, jurisprudence, theory and legal commentary

-  Monitoring in their area of expertise

-  Participate in drafting responses to requests from different departments

-  Participation in adapting conventions to legislative and regulatory developments

 

 

Your Profile:

 

• Training: Superior in Business Law

• Experience:  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal profession in the field of OPCVMs

• Languages: French, English, Italian is an asset

• Knowledge: general knowledge in the field of OPCVMs

• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
